Last week we had lots of fun at swimming lessons. We had a swimming teacher come down from Queenstown and Ellyce and Shontel helped too! We learnt lots like how to do breaststroke kick, how to dive - even a peanut roll off the edge! We learnt that swimming in clothes is very difficult! All of us could swim 2 lengths of the pool with our life jackets. All the children in Room 5 are very brave and tough because the weather was freezing but no one complained. Mrs Darling and Mrs Robb were very proud of you all!
